Casino hotel policies

Check-in & check-out

Check-in at the casino hotel begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested and are offered subject to availability.

Age & identification

• The primary guest on every reservation must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the guest's name are required at check-in.
• The casino floor, Sapphire Salon, Skybar 18 and Jackpot Lounge are restricted to guests aged 21 and over. ID may be requested at any time.

Deposits & cancellations

• A deposit equal to the first night's rate is charged at the time of booking.
• Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.
• Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
• Package and special-event rates may carry different terms, shown at booking.

Children & families

Children under 12 stay free in their parents' room using existing bedding. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, may use Aurora Pool Deck until 7:00 PM and are not permitted on the casino hotel gaming floor.

Dress code

Smart casual is welcome throughout the casino hotel. The Gilded Steakhouse and Sapphire Salon request elegant evening attire after 6:00 PM.

Pets

Trained service animals are always welcome. We are unable to accommodate other pets.

Smoking

Thrill Vista is a smoke-free casino hotel, including every guest room and the entire gaming floor. A designated outdoor smoking terrace is located beside the main entrance. A $300 cleaning fee applies for smoking in guest rooms.

Parking

Valet parking is complimentary for overnight casino hotel guests. Day guests may use valet or self-parking at posted rates. EV charging bays are available on garage level P1.

Accessibility

Accessible rooms feature roll-in showers, visual alarms and lowered fixtures, and every public area offers step-free access. Please share your requirements when booking.
